Who is David Chotka?

Rev. Dr. David Chotka is the Founder and

Director of Spirit-Equip Ministries, a multi-

denominational equipping ministry focused

on developing spiritual disciplines. He

previously served as Chair of the Alliance

Pray! Team (C&MA Canada) and as Canadian

Director of the College of Prayer, helping

equip churches and leaders in ministries of

intercession. Dr. Chotka has led prayer and

deeper-life events across Canada, the United

States, Europe, Australia, Japan, Africa,

Southeast Asia, and Latin America, serving

sacramental, evangelical, charismatic, and

non-denominational contexts. He has

authored five books and has four earned

degrees—three in theology and spirituality.

He has been mentored by respected leaders

across multiple Christian traditions while

serving as an adjunct instructor with the

Pathways School for Ministry.
