Teaching the Pentecostal Leaders

We were grateful to spend a day with Pentecostal leaders in Manila.  Our interpreter did a fantastic job; it was his 1st experience interpreting.  This day led to a subsequent Zoom class of over 20 leaders that will wrap up at the end of August 2025.  In Manila, the class takes place at 9 am Saturday morning and here in Ontario, it's on Friday evening at 9 pm. We are grateful to be able to encourage these hardworking church leaders

  On-the-spot translation is very hard to do; he did an amazing job. Allowing the teaching not to get lost but to inspire.

Our return to Vietnam found us in Hanoi.  The translated Lord's Prayer resource was to be distributed to Alliance leaders and pastors throughout the northern regions of Vietnam.  This journey wrapped up a translation and distribution project that started several years ago.  Our Australian colleagues/friends/interpreters Kim and Tao made this project work well. This centre is the largest of it's kind in Vietnam. It is funded fully by donations.  The directors are grateful the government has been gracious toward the board of the centre.  It's clear God is at work in this place.  We were served a beautiful lunch and were glad to leave resources with the staff for their residents.
